Dave and Pat Woodhouse look forward to welcoming you to The Annexe at St. Raphael. Located in the picturesque village of Mary Tavy; set in half an acre of majestic gardens, the self contained annexe comprises of a very well equipped kitchen/diner, shower room and comfortable lounge/bedroom. Finished to a high standard throughout, features include an ancient inglenook granite fireplace, reclaimed oak floors, french windows onto a flagstone veranda and sweeping views of the garden. The Annexe at St. Raphael is an excellent base from which to explore the spectacular walking that Dartmoor offers, the charming, historic stannary town of Tavistock, any number of nearby National Trust properties and the rugged southwest coastline.

The spacious lounge/bedroom has a huge ancient inglenook fireplace with a wood burner under a large oak lintel.

Kitchen

The kitchen/diner is light and airy with reclaimed oak floors, a belfast sink and subtle, refined, shaker style features.

Bathroom

The cottage has a well equipped bathroom boasting a large, powerful shower with stylish chrome fixtures and underfloor heating.
